Syed Naeem Akhtar Andrabi is an Indian minister from the state of Jammu and Kashmir. He is ingenious member of Jammu and Cashmere Legislative Council as a aspirant of the Jammu and Cashmere People's Democratic Party. He was also the minister of collective works in the Mehbooba Mufti government.
